This worked perfectly for our family while we were in Japan. The service was super reliable and fast. We spent time in Tokyo, Yokohama, Hiroshima, and Kyoto and service was never a problem. Highly recommend!

I am from India. I used it for around 8 days in Japan. Was quite helpful. never felt issue with internet connectivity. Although had to charge the battery daily, since I was in wandering in mesmerising Japan streets and 14-15 hrs a day.

The device is great! And with my nephews joining in, it did not slow down. Make sure you keep it in a good ventilation portion of your bag.
