I have used Japan Wireless before and will use them again as the process for ordering is simple, the wifi dongle delivered to my hotel ready for my arrival and the network reception good wherever I travelled in Japan. This portable WiFi was an absolute life saver during our two weeks touring Japan. From Honshu, Hokkaido to Okinawa we had continuous coverage. It even worked in the subways/underground. It was also so easy to collect upon arrival and return on departure. We will definitely rent one again on our next visit.

Purchased an eSIM card before seeing in Sapporo. Activated the card once we arrived and it worked perfectly during our 5 day stay. Great reception even in the Tokyo train stations. Loading the card and activating it was easy.

E-sim was convenient and very easy to use. Coverage is also very good.
