The pick up was easy and it worked perfectly fine while I was in Japan. The cost is reasonable and return process is simple. I would use it again for sure.

Arrived at Haneda Airport terminal 3, went to departures level after exiting Japan customs, showed Ninja Wi-fi my reservation they verified my ID and gave me my package and we were gone. So easy and efficient. We have used them several times a year since 2015.

The delivery to the hotel was smooth and on time.
The first time they didn't send me a tracking number, but the second time they did.
