Worked fine during our trip through out Japan. My only complaint is the battery life in the wifi devices. Goes very quickly!

My husband and I just went to Japan for our honeymoon. We knew I couldn’t purchase an e-Sim, so we planned on connecting my phone to his as a hot spot. After we landed, we quickly realized that that option would not work. Once we got to our hotel and I had WiFi, I quickly went onto the Japan wireless website and ordered a pocket WiFi to be delivered to our hotel the very next day. The process was so easy and seamless and was great to use for our entire two and a half week stay. I used it all the way until we got to the airport and dropped it off in the mailbox right outside of the airport. I could not recommend this enough!
