We rented a pocket wi-fi for 16 days and it allowed us to be connected all the time. Pick-up and return instructions were super simple and clear. The device charge would last the whole day and we only had to charge it at night. We never needed to use the provided power bank. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again in the future.

Picked up at the airport. Was able to connect easily once tured on. It came with a power bank so no worries of running out of battery. We have 2 device connected to it and never had an issue with connection. Convenient to return as well. Highly recommended and will definitely use again

The pick up was easy. The WiFi very easy to use and the connection always good. Can not complaine :)

Pocket router was at my hotel when I arrived. Connection was easy and worked everywhere I went with good battery life. Return was also very easy. Less expensive than using the international plan on my phone.

Great and it is useful

If you travel to Japan and want to have unlimited data to use and share with your besties, Japan-Wireless has got your back. I have used their services many times throughout my travels and barely had any issues and will definitely use the service again.

Easy to book, delivered to our hotel without issue and easy to drop off at a post office box. No issues with internet connection as it worked great for the two weeks we were there. Would gladly book again next time I’m in Japan.
