The hotspot was waiting for us at our hotel upon arrival. We immediately began to use it as we started our exploration of Tokyo. It worked well all over Japan, and lasted all day (with portable charger) with 3 people using it. Return process was easy as well--just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport. Overall great experience and would definitely use them again.
