I am an American from California who traveled to Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima. Throughout my travels, I used my JapanWireless box to stay connected to family members, navigate using maps, and order food online. The connection was 99% reliable as long as I kept the box charged. I highly recommend using this service to anyone traveling to Japan for vacation!

Easy pick up and return, wireless connection was also excellent. We never had an issue.

Our 5th time using a Japan Wireless mobile router. The mobile router was waiting for us at JAL ABC Narita and we dropped it off in a red mail box next to the escalator right outside terminal 3 security at Haneda. Great signal through out our stay in Tokyo. Japan wireless has made the process so easy and seamless. The IDEAL solution for internet for traveling couples.
