Device worked great and battery life was good, I almost never had to use the power bank. Delivery to my hotel and return by mail was seamless. Would use again.

Thank you Japan Wireless for the convenient location to get my wifi.
It was also very easy and convenient to drop off before the security gate.
The only issue I had was with the charging plug which I returned with an enclosed letter... informing Japan Wireless that I had received the plug in bad shape.
Wifi unit was good.
FREE battery pack was good.
USB Cable was good.
So only the plug was defective. I believe the USB port of the plug is already broken and connection was intermittent.
However, since I brought my own spare charger plugs, the whole trip with full connectivity to wifi was trouble free.

WiFi worked very well during all our stay in Japan, even on smaller islands like Yakushima. No complains there, everything was smooth.

Loved using it. Didn’t have too many problems with pick-up and it was as advertised.

It was my second time to use the pocket Wi-Fi rented from Japan Wireless. Despite some issues with a charger everything was sorted very quickly and I could enjoy access to WiFi throughout my whole stay in Tokyo. Very good service.

We are 3 friends travelling together and for us it was very practical to have a wireless wifi. And the price was sutiable.
