Would be 5 stars but the battery on my WiFi died to fast.

We used the Pocket Wifi for almost an entire month during our round trip and it worked a charm. Every now and then the net slowed down a bit but we did venture into more rural areas as well and it never crashed entirely. The only bothersome thing was that the unit we had sometimes didn't charge properly, so we had to keep an eye out whether it was actually charging when we plugged it in. But that also worked out fine overall.

Really enjoy the service we use this every time we visit and look forward to using it next time as well thank you.

Easy to use and Works perfect. Easy pickup and return.

This little device really helped us so much during our 3-week travel in Japan. The only time we did not have a connection was in the mountains in the Togakushi National Park near Nagano, but you don’t get phone reception there either. You can connect multiple devices to the WiFi device, which was very convenient. The connection was fast and data limit high, so we did not have to worry about sharing our photos or watching videos in the evenings. It was quite expensive for the 3 weeks but it was worth it!

This was the 2nd time we've used Japan Wireless. We had a battery issue and they responded quickly with a replacement unit. The problem may have been that we were in a remote area. I would use them again.
