Great price and excellent performance! Also very easy to order and have it deliver to the hotel, and very easy to return it as well. Will definitely use this service again next time when I am in Japan!

The first time was with a WiFi router delivered to hotel and returned via mailbox. Easy and convenient. This time my trip was shorter so I purchased an eSIM for my iPhone. Worked well in Tokyo. I would use them again.

Got mobile wifi for Japan travel as a backup to eSIM. Highly recommend this. Initially had a little trouble finding the small kiosk in Haneda but was really easy to use. Came with battery backup. Great service in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Was easy to return by dropping into mailbox in airport. This is a MUST item for Japan travel.

Pick up was easy from the airport kiosk. The return was easy as well since there is a post office box right at the airport entrance.

It is so easy to have a pocket wifi delivered to my hotel through Japan Wireless. It is always waiting for me at the front desk when I arrive there to check in. The connectivity is excellent with their pocket wifi. It is no hustle to return it at the end of my trip. Just put the stuff into the pre-addressed envelop and drop it into a mailbox. (I do so at the airport.) The price is also very reasonable. Overall, it's a great value!
