Mi experiencia fue realmente excelente. Desde el principio recibí una atención muy amable, eficiente y profesional. El wireless fue entregado puntualmente y me proporcionaron indicaciones sumamente claras y precisas sobre cómo y dónde recogerlo en el Aeropuerto de Narita, incluso con la ubicación exacta, por lo que encontrar el punto de entrega fue muy fácil.
En cuanto al wireless, ¡funcionó extraordinariamente bien durante todo mi viaje! Tuve una conexión a internet estable y confiable no solo en Tokio, sino también en otras ciudades bastante alejadas. We always stop at Japan Wireless and grab an on the go WiFi box as our travels are not just in the city as we love to explore outer islands and country sides where WiFi might not be the best. But with the WiFi box we grab at Haneda upon our arrival, we never worry about WiFi service at all during out trip...and it allows us not to use our phone data plan. And when we are leaving Haneda, they provide you all the envelopes and instructions and share with you exactly where the RED drop box is within the terminal. And then you get a receipt email advising they have received the package. Just absolute great service and we will be using them again on our already planned next visit.

Handled everything we needed to do and was the best value by a long margin (especially compared to my domestic plan's international pass). More than enough bandwidth and combined battery power to handle all days. The pickup/delivery and drop off process could not have been simpler.

I’ve been using the service for about 2 years now. As someone who lives alone and doesn’t, I can use this for all my needs at home (streaming, online meetings etc)and well as when travelling.
I’ve used a different company’s service in the past, but there were many places - especially where I live, where I couldn’t get a half decent signal and connectivity was poor. This service has been very reliable with this!
Also, when my pocket router was experiencing battery problems, a replacement was provided as well as paid shipping to return the faulty one.
The customer service has been wonderful and prompt.
