Super convenient and easy to use, it made my holidays very enjoyable!

It worked very well. I received it at my hotel and the return process was easy. I am very satisfied.

Pocket wifi, for 10 days, in Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto, and Osaka. Worked as expected.

Small issue with power bank not holding a charge, but wifi unit battery life was good for long days with 3 devices connected.

Pickup at airport and postal return worked great.

Would recommend, and would choose to use again.

Everything worked great, no complaints and very affordable!

The eSIM was easy to install and use and worked like a charm.

Picking up at the airport and setting it up was very easy as an English speaker. Had multiple people using it throughout the day and never had my speed throttled the entire time. Only had connection issues one night in Kyoto but a restart fixed it. Would give 5 stars but my wifi unit would randomly stop charging no matter what charger I used. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in so it did not fully charge overnight while I was sleeping.
