Super easy to pickup from the haneda terminal 3 terminal, worked fine during my 9 day trip all over Japan. Sometimes had to reset it but overall good connection.

Turned it into the box as instructed on the return instructions. Received confirmation of receipt by Japan Wireless less than a week later. Recommend!

The process of collecting and returning is very convenient and easy. Coverage is 100% - Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kanazawa, Takayama and Shirakawago.

The price was lower then the competitors. The device was easy to carry and lasts from 8am until 11pm each day for me. The wifi was 4g fast so we had no problems getting around with google maps even while on the train in the subway! Pick up & drop off instructions was easy.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless pocket wifi when travelling in Japan. If you data for maps, directions, translations, and conversions, you will quickly exceed the data cap on an eSim. Japan Wireless pocket wifi was affordable and allowed my partner and I to access data anywhere we travelled reliably. I will recommend this to anyone travelling in Japan!
