Ulasan

Easy pickup and drop off. We traveled extensively for 3 weeks including some small towns. We always has wifi . We would definitely use Japan wireless next trip to Japan

I was with a group from the US and this company was recommended by the tour leader. Everyone found the process easy to use and it worked! The website was full of good reminders and everything went smoothly.

Very easy to use and we would have been lost without it!

All is ok

Works excelent in my stayed in tokyo/kyoto. The extra battery was great too!

The signal was great and was easy to use. Going back to Japan in April 2020, I will be ordering this again!

Ordered the wifi for a ten day period in Japan. Great reception for all areas I went and super fast speed. Had a small issue with one cable which was quickly rectified by the company and I was well compensated for the inconvenience. (It really was a minor issue!)

Will definitely rent again next trip!

My wife and I always rent Pocket WiFi Units from this company every time we visit Japan!
The units work very well and it’s always convenient to arrive at our hotel and be given the units at the Front Desk.
The convenient envelope the company provides for returning the units is also extremely easy (just put the units in the provided return envelope, seal it and hand it to the front desk so they can drop it in their Mail Box.
We plan to use this company again during our coming trip to Sapporo and Tokyo this Jan 30, 2019

Excellent service!

Very satisfied with the service. The device worked everywhere we visited in Japan. Strongly recommended.
