Placing the order was easy and there was nice pre-trip support, too. Looking forward to my trip now.

Everything worked out great, found the router at the airport post office, with all instructions.

Simple to order, pick-up, use and return. Charged and ready to go when received - a very good service!

I am very pleased I found Japan Wireless. It took me a little while as there are many offers out there and they were the best value for money.
Very easy to pick up and return, we did it from 2 different airports. Easy to use and it worked beautifully. We were 3 to be connected and the internet connection was fast and good.
Battery lasted well and we did appreciate the portable battery that was included when we went out for long days or used it a lot.
I recommend Japan Wireless and I will use it again for my next trip !

From maps to research to my favorite game, Japan Wireless made my trip much easier! I would never travel here without a pocket wifi. It was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and they make it so easy to return. Thank you!

The WiFi hotspot from Japan Wireless is a must have for anyone visiting Japan. Ordering the device is simple and delivery to your hotel makes it convenient. The service itself is fantastic. Fast speeds and a reliable connection across Japan. The device itself is super small and lightweight and the battery holds nearly a full day charge. A quick recharge with a portable battery will get you through the day and night. Service from Japan Witeless is great - I nightly recommend reserving this before your next trip to Japan.

Everything worked perfect. Easy pick-up, good connection. All good, will do it again.

I have absolutely no complaints about renting a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Communication was great, the wifi itself worked well, and the shipping process was smooth. One small thing is that the battery on the wifi seemed to run out quite quickly, but that was solved by just constantly having the chargers with us.

It was really easy to pick it up. Simple to use and always working fine in any location of my tour. Fast and simple, I recommend it.

The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish.
