Wifi router pickup was very easy. Provided great coverage during our stay. Only issue was that it seemed the power bank couldn't keep it charged for very long. But it was small issue as we didn't use power bank very much.

Every thing as mentioned was provided. Sent to hotel as requested and on time. Able to use immediately. Only problem was when forgot to switch on the WiFi or power supply was low. Otherwise the pocket WiFi was perfect for the family of five. We started using it in Osaka, then on to Hokkaido and finally in Tokyo👍👍👍

Process was extremely simple and fast. I was in and out of the pickup counter in 1 minute. Wifi was strong and never disconnected while 4 of us used it simultaneously.
