Excellent service and website

I am highly satisfied with my experience with Japan Wireless portable wifi. It made travel easy, the service was great in all of the areas I visited, and returning via mail was seamless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary internet solution.

We had the device delivered to our hotel and then dropped it off at the airport. Easy as that. Connection was consistent across Tokyo and Kyoto and a good speed to use for navigation and social media throughout the day.

This was my second time renting a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless, and once again it exceeded my expectations! I am very satisfied and extremely happy with their service.
The whole process was super easy—from collecting the device to returning it after our trip. The pocket WiFi came with a power bank, which was a huge plus for our family trip around Japan. The internet connection was fast, stable, and reliable almost the entire time. I only had to restart the device twice to reconnect, which was a very small and easily fixable issue.
Having reliable internet made our trip so much smoother and stress‑free. I’ll also be attaching my YouTube video from my first experience with Japan Wireless two years ago, which shows just how consistently great their service has been over time.
