Excellent service
Have no due

Everything was right, wifi during two weeks. Easy way to pick it up and easy way to return it on the airport. The battery is not enough even the power bank, but we always wear our own power bank, so easy to recharge again.

It gave 3 of us string signal across multiple districts of our travel
The battery would drain out to 1%-4% by evening & required compulsory regular recharging.

Hence we had to carry a fully charged power bank with us all the time.

Overall I highly recommend this device for travellers to Japan

Thank you

Just as expected or hoped. It was easy to set it up and the communication was easy and fast

It worked well wherever I went.

Worked great everywhere we went in Japan!

The best option to travel and be always connect. Best price and service

Very good services and pretty convenient

We had out pocket wifi sent directly to our hotel and it was already ready when we checked in.

Return process was pretty easy. We have been using this service 5 times for the last few years. At time, service was down but we were able to reboot.

would definitely recommend using Japan Wireless.

We enjoyed using this service all our trip around Japan.
