Excellent service; the Pocket wifi is efficient and lightweight, and the added Power bank very useful.

To my surprise, this really worked. I was never without internet, even on our bus tour to many Japan cities. Was faster than the internet provided in some hotels. Worked on the tour bus. Was able to stream everytime I tried. Could not with hotel internet. Worth the cost.

Worked great - Went to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone and no problems at all

Pick up at airport was easy. The device worked as needed (we didn't need a lot of data), the back up charger came in handy on a couple of long days, the drop off at airport was easy.
