1 day before traveling to Japan we discovered that none of our phones was e-sim enabled. This wireless was the best solution! We had great wifi our entire trip and didn't have to switch to hotel wifi etc. Product was as described. Received at our first hotel and sent back in the mailbox at the last Airport. Would use this service again!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We are delighted to hear that our pocket WiFi saved the day when you realized your phones were not eSIM compatible, and that it served as the perfect connectivity solution for your trip.
Providing seamless, high-speed coverage throughout Japan so you never have to worry about switching to hotel networks, alongside effortless hotel delivery and airport mailbox returns, is always our top priority. Hearing that everything worked as described and gave you total peace of mind means the world to our team!
We truly appreciate your trust and support, and we look forward to keeping you connected on your next journey to Japan!
User friendly but it would be better to have a more powerful battery or to need one device only for one day and not two (battery of the router + battery of the power bank)
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We are glad to hear that you found our pocket WiFi user-friendly and convenient for your trip.
At the same time, we truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the battery capacity and the inconvenience of carrying an additional power bank. Optimizing battery efficiency and exploring longer-lasting hardware options so travelers can go light with just a single device all day is a top priority for us, and your input helps guide our future device upgrades.
We deeply appreciate your valuable support and feedback, and we look forward to offering you an even lighter, smoother experience on your next visit to Japan!
This is the second time we use Japsn Wireless for our trip to Japan. The device were sent to our hotel on the day of our arrival. Everything went smoothly. The signal was very good, in crowded areas like Osaka Umeda as well as in the mountains in Hokaido.
I made a mistake by forgetting to return the device before boarding the plane. They guided me through to send the device back from the Netherlands by air package. They are very patient and helpful during the process. I will come back for our next trip to Japan and would highly recommend Japan Wireless.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for choosing Japan Wireless for your second trip to Japan! We are delighted to hear that your hotel delivery went seamlessly and that you enjoyed strong coverage everywhere from busy downtown Osaka Umeda to the mountains of Hokkaido.
Accidents happen during travel, and we completely understand how easy it is to forget a device when rushing for a flight. Our customer support team is always here to make stressful situations as smooth and worry-free as possible, so knowing that they guided you patiently through returning the package from the Netherlands means the world to us!
We deeply appreciate your high recommendation and continued trust, and we look forward to welcoming you back for your third visit to Japan!
Tutto perfetto, wifi funzionante ovunque, anche in metropolitana. Condiviso in due telefoni. Ritirato in aeroporto e riconsegnato in una cassetta postale sempre in aeroporto.
