Got the premium package for a group of three. Worked well in most locations, but had some instances where connection was a bit slow. This was rare, and would generally get better after switching servers using the simple interface on the device. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use and worked well throughout Japan

We ordered a Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi box after being dissatisfied with the service of a different provider. The box arrived 24 hours after ordering, so we were back online quickly and able to use it both on the road for navigation and at our accommodations for working and streaming.
We will definitely be using this service again when we return to Japan for a longer stay next year.

The process to use the service was realy simple and friendly, the service was very good, it works the 14 days I needed it.
