The device you provided was excellent. It worked in all regions of Japan, even in remote rural locations. Having two different networks available on the device was very helpful, because at one time one network was freezing up. I easily switched to the second network and got connected. Thank you also for the quick service for sending a new unit in my initial stages to replace the unit with battery issues.

I had a nice experience with this company. They sent the wifi device to my hotel and it worked great for my entire trip thru Japan. They also made drop off very easy.

We used it for 2 weeks throughout Japan, and it worked great! Long battery life and always stable and fast WiFi. Pickup and drop off at Narita Airport was easy and fast. Would highly recommend!
