Will always use Japan Wireless. Easy to book, easy to pick up and drop off and wifi worked all trip.

Delivery at the hotel was convenient and efficient. Excellent pocket wifi performance, from Haneda, all around Tokyo, to the slopes of Niseko. Will definitely rent again.

Very easy to use, good coverage, would recommend for a family.

Service pick up and drop off is so easy. Wireless service was perfect!

Second time we picked a mifi from Japan Wireless. Ordered this online 2 weeks in advance, picked it up from Narita Airport after arrival - switched it on and we were on our way. They couldn't have made it more easy for us, clear instructions and a return envelope as well. I highly recommend using them if you use more than one mobile phone in your travel group.

Best little thing j came across in Japan I was able to watch movies in my phone and keep in contact with everyone through WhatsApp and all the apps

La empresa cumple lo que promete, el funcionamiento es constante y sin fallas. La entrega también fue rápida y eficaz. La tarjeta tal vez es un poco complicada de activar, pero siguiendo las instrucciones se consigue en pocos minutos. Muy recomendable

Strong internet connection. Very convenient to use.

The first sim card I bought was amazing, just put it in and worked like a charm, the second one (15 day) sadly didn't and couldn't get it to work but still fantastic service

Excellent coverage from Tokyo down to Kagoshima and Okinawa.
