The process is very simple and convenient. No hassles or any unnecessary steps. Their airport pick up makes things easier for tourists.

Fast internet and good coverage around tokyo!

Super good connection even is rural area. Highly recommended.

Fast connection and easy to use

The wifi was great and reliable. No issues at all. Worked everywhere. Barely used the battery charger that came. On heavy days you would need it.

It was the most easy and fast and great coverage all throughout Japan

Excellent service, definitely recommend.

Wi-Fi was flawless and so easy to use. Return was so easy.

Super easy to use, got good coverage in all the cities I visited. Battery life was fair, could go 3/4 of a day on its own battery before using the portable battery (included). Price was decent. One small issue was that the USB-C adapter cable provided did not work and I had to use my own one. Other than that, all was good.
