Easy to use. Comes with charger and portable battery pack which was nice. Slim and lightweight too.

We ordered the pocket wifi online and received instructions
to pick it up at the airport. It was easy and fast. We had no problems with the pocket wifi and just dropped it off at our hotel lobby. I would sign up again the next time I'm overseas.

The device was at our hotel when we arrived as arranged, it was very easy to set up which the reception staff helped us with.
Worked perfectly the whole trip, only neg was we needed another charging cord to charge both the device and battery pack as couldn’t charge both at same time over night at our hotels and charging was slow.
