Return customer! Very pleased with the product, even though I accidentally paid twice (forgot to change my email to relevant on first purchase) didnt get a refund 😞 but to be fair was my mistake. Reliable for google maps and translate. We were on a road trip, so went to some pretty off piest places, the coverage didnt fail.

Very convenient to use

I pre-ordered online, picked up at airport kiosk, instructions were contained within. We travelled from Toyko to Kyoto to Hiroshima to Hakone and other spots with good service. We dropped off the unit & charger in the prepaid Postage envelop at a post box in the airport. Received good communication back that the unit was successully returned. This was well worth the money. Would recommend Japan Wireless to others travelling Japan.

Very convenient from pick up to return.

An absolute life saver when visiting Japan, I rented one 10 years ago the first time I visited and did the same again this time because of how easy it was.
It was delivered to my hotel, and it was a really easy process to post it back on the last day of my stay.
I was staying in Okinawa so it wasn't sent with the battery pack, but this was explained to me in advance.
