Great coverage and great connection

We were able to stay connected during our entire trip spanning Yokohama, Nara, Osaka, Hakone, and Tokyo. The battery life was excellent and we always had some battery left by the time we made it to our hotel at night.

This is the second time we used Japan Wireless’ pocket WiFi, this time for a 3 week stay in Tokyo, Kyoto and Sapporo. Never had a problem with internet connectivity, and that was super important to us as we depended on the internet for navigation and language translation. Also, we were given a discount for being repeat customers, so win-win!

I order through their direct website. It was simple. After buying I received an email and followed the directions. As soon as we landed in Japan we turned the esim on and had immediate connection. We had no problem with connectivity or slow internet. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.
