Although the battery won't make the whole day and you need to carry the powerbank with you (also provided) it's a must for a trip around Japan. The biggest challenge is trying to communicate in English, so for almost everything you need to have internet access.
Pick up was easy and drop off. And the service throughout was excellent and battery life was good and you get a separate power bank just in case!
No complaints, I would definitely use again if I am lucky enough to visit the beautiful Japan again!

Having a Japan Wireless hub made our travels easy breezy. Finding train and bus schedules, using maps to discover the many sights and 'sushi near me' was super! A must have accessory for travel in Japan. Easy to order, pick up and return.. no problems at all.
