We booked our wireless service from Italy and found the counter very quickly at the airport. The staff speaks english and was very kind and helpful. Setting up the wifi connection has been as easy as turning on the device and connecting and once we were online it never skipped a beat for our whole stay in Japan (two weeks). Will definitely use it again!

Great service!

Had no problems with the device. Easy pick-up and drop-off at the airport.

Great Wifi!

Excellent service, easy to use. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend!

I've been using their service everytime I visit Japan and it has always been great. Keep up the good job.

It's easy to order a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless, and recieving and dispatching the item goes smoothly. Everything you need is in the package, including an extra battery.
The device itself is easy to use and provides a steady and stable wifi connection, all acrross the country. Wether I was in Kyushu in the south, or Nagano in the north, there was always a connection. I will definitely order from them again!

Very convenient pocket wifi. Signal was strong throughout our 7-day stay in different cities in Japan.

JAPAN WIRELESS IS EASY TO USE, AN WORKS REALLY REALLY GOOD. I WILL RENT IT EVERY TIME I GO TO JAPAN
