Easy to pickup and return at the airport. Connection was always fast and stable. Extra battery was a nice plus.

The wifi was picked up from the airport without extra hassle and for the 2 weeks we travelled around Japan we had this little pocket wonder with us and we did not have to worry about finding Wi-Fi spots. Worked well at least in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima - would think the same goes for most of the major cities.

Upon departure we followed the instructions given along with the package and dropped the device to the airport's postbox.

Highly recommend this for your stay in Japan to make sure you get the most out of your trip and don't need to stress about finding internet.

I cannot stress enough how essential the little piece of technology is. I think there were two days of my trip I didn’t need it and because those were rest-up/relax times in the hotel. Absolutely loved this!

Do yourself a favor, don't worry about SIM cards and hire a WiFi router instead. Delivered to your hotel, enjoy reliable WiFi wherever you are holidaying in Japan and with easy drop off when you fly home. Highly recommended

It was very easy to retrieve this from the airport post and send it back by mail. Didn't need to recharge as full charge lasts up to 12 hours. We were out by 8AM and back by 10PM and never did I need to recharge on-the-go. Truly unlimited, streamed netflix and GoT with no problem while traveling. :) Thank you Japan Wireless!
