Pretty good battery life, worked as expected with no difficulty

Picking up the pocket wifi at the airport was quick and easy. A handy pouch was provided so nothing would get lost. The instructions given were clear. The pocket wifi battery lasted a long time, so we didn't use the portable battery. But it was great to have for reassurance. Wifi was fast and met our needs.
The only con was the password for the wifi, which was super long. This was a minor inconvenience since you only had to enter it once.
Highly reccommend.

It was functioning well most of the time. But it hung twice during our rent period that I needed to turn it off and on. All in all, it helped us a lot to enjoy our entire trip. Will rent again when we return next year!

The service was grea, it worked fine everytime.
Also, with the power bank provided with the Mobile Wi-fi we were conected all day.
I highly reccomend japan wireless service.

This was my first time using a pocket wifi in Tokyo. I usually rented a cellphone that I could use to contact friends/family in Tokyo. I am glad I got the pocket wifi because it was much cheaper in the long run than renting the phone. Also, having wifi access wherever I went was convenient. The only issue I had was that there were a few times I had to re-set everything and enter the wifi name and password over and over again and that was a bit frustrating. However, the next time I return to Tokyo, I will rent the pocket wifi again.
