I have used the services of Japan Wireless for the past 5 years and I have never had any issues with ordering, receiving, using, or returning their products. Every aspect is geared toward ease of operation and customer satisfaction. They are very responsive and quick to accommodate which is an anomaly for online services. Five stars and my appreciation.

The WiFi signal was strong in all areas. The charge lasted all day and it also came with a spare battery and charger. I would charge the WiFi every night and the next morning it would be fully charged. Japan Wireless service was excellent. They had the package waiting for me at the Narita Airport upon my arrival. Their customer service was outstanding always available to answer any questions. The prices are very competitive. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to use them because I think they are the best.

Delivered to hotel as promised. Worked 99% of time. Dropped off at Narita Airport, using supplied mailer.

Order/return process is very easy. However, there are a lot of dead spots in sapporo. However, all in all, its still very good.

The Wifi coverage was very good most of the time.Also good battery life, but the rental charges should be lower for long term customers.

The pocket wifi was our lifeline when travelling through Japan. Good connection and battery life. Japan Wireless also has good customer service - they changed the pick up point for us with short notice.
