Very convenient to pick up. WiFi worked everywhere. Bandwidth was good enough for 3 users.

This is a great device especially if there are several family memebers .
The battery life was good and we never had any issues with connectivity.
Only one snag was the router stopped working and I struggled to understand why - when I calle stage Helpdesk they tallmed me through a reboots which got it working .

Been using Japan Wireless for several of my trips to Osaka, and they’ve always delivered the pocket wifi on time. Will keep using in succeeding trips!
