Great connection, easy to maintain throughout the trip for a solo traveller who only had needs for a smarthphone. Battery runs low after about 8 hours, as expected, but the powerbank that comes with the package is handy. Second time using Japan Wireless, so far a reliable and value for money choice.

A very useful option to travel in Japan.

A helpful guide when we were in Japan- from nagano to tokyo.. so easy to claim when we reached narita airport. Had a powerbank included, so convenient indeed.. and fast connecruon.. would get this again when we return to japan.

In general it worked very well, we had no communications in some rural areas

It was delivered on time so when I checked into my hotel, it was there!
Easy to connect and set up and the battery lasted all day easily without a need to plug into external power bank (provided).
I’ve always had a connection - in the Metro in Tokyo as well as high up the mountain in Nikko which is exactly what you need!
Return was nice and easy - post in the provided envelope!
Price was better than roaming and we’ve used A LOT of data so it was a lot cheaper too.
No issues, would recommend and would use again when I’m in Japan next!

100% service evrywhere we went in Japan. Super long battery life. Our phone and tablets were always connected. We got clear videochat and VOIP with extremely low latency. It was really nice sharing moments in real-time with family in the US and uploading high resolution photos every night. Highly recommended.
