simplex to order, easy to use, always connected with an excellent speed...only the battery last too short and even with the battery bank supplied with the router... this is something that should be' improved

Only one "bad" feedback, at the airport it was hard to fine place in mail boxes, they were all full, please check about a solution because arriving at the airport means that you are leaving Japan and can't leave your pack could be a problem for clients!

Would have given it 5 stars if only the unit arrved on time. Otherwise its a good service provider. The unit comes with a powerbank for whole day internet service. Convenient return at any postal mailbox anywhere in tokyo.

Overall it worked well. Was still quite fast, we got signal pretty much everywhere. Only downside: it's quite slow to start when you turn it on, even when it says it's ready before functioning you will still have to wait a bit. Also, to turn it off you need to keep pressing the button but not too much. Raise the finger from the button before the "goodbye" text appears. Otherwise, if we held too much, it kept randomly turning on again.

Easy to use, pickup and drop off was easy too.

Customer service was great too. Very prompt in responding to queries. Will use again when i visit Japan.
