There is not problem on delivery

Wifi was fast but in some areas in Sapporo there was no signal but i think it’s understandable since that time was we were in a mountain

During all my Japan trip I had excellent internet connection, easy to pick up and easy to return.

Ir world fine, but the necessity to recharge is upsetting sometimes. Battery should last a little longe.

Easy to use. Battery was a little bit too weak.

Charge the device and it will last the whole day. We were using ours for Snapchat, WhatsApp and Google maps pretty much constantly, and we'd still have about half battery left when we got back. Absolutely cannot fault the service and we've had a great connection everywhere we went. Great stuff.

The order and delivery process worked well and as announced and expected. Unfortunately, the delivered pocket wifi was too old. The battery did not last long, it lost network connection quite easily and heated up while searching for a new connection. When it got too hot, it turned itself off. This happened about 4-5 times a day.

We asked for help and within 2 days, another, new pocket wifi was sent to our location. This one worked as expected.

It is 4 stars because those old pocket wifis need to be replaced completely with new ones. But the reaction of the service team was quick, very professiona. Good job!
