After one day with the original router that was sent to me, I had to request a replacement as it wasn't charging very well, kept shutting off at random times throughout the day, and was getting very hot. The Japan Wireless team was very quick to offer a replacement and send it out. All I had to do was mail in the old one. The replacement router worked much better. Still got hot and the external battery would not charge it, but since it didn't shut down randomly and held power much better, that was just a small inconvenience and didn't really affect my use of the router. The wireless service that the router provided was super fast and just what I needed for the trip. I never once had to worry about being out of contact. It was great!
