From collecting at the airport post office on arrival to the pre paid pack to send back before departure this is one near perfect experience. It also comes with a power bank to allow you to use the device for a full day. Only issue I had was sometimes it wouldn't connect in very remote areas but I suspect it would be the same for most services. Would definitely recommend.

Fast speeds in business level and it was nice it came with a charger!

The wifi on itself great. It never runned out of battery, picking it out was easy, without it it would have been very hard to move around, the price is also great, at first I thought it was too good to be true, but it's actually Amazing.

For the rental price, it includes portable battery. Although, I didn’t really need to use the portable battery at all cause the pocket WiFi itself would last for more than 14 hours per Day and usually at the end of the day, it was always 30% remaining battery left. Exceptional quality!!! Even though the speed was 95Mbps, it was still super fast comparing to the speed that we are so used to in the North America world (which is under 50Mbps down and 10Mbps up lol )

Japan Wireless ie very reliable, they always deliver on time. We encountered a problem with the unit we rented, we emailed them about this issue and they replaced the unit the very next day next day. Very efficient.
