How to Pick Up at Narita Airport Terminal 1 and 2
This is a guide for Japan Wireless customers on where to pick up their pocket wifi at Narita International Airport for Terminal 1 and 2.
Narita International Airport has 3 terminals, but Terminal 3 is mainly for domestic flights while international flights arrive at terminal 1 and 2. Please check which terminal your flight arrives at and which pick up point is best for you.

Terminal 1
Narita Airport Terminal 1 has two pick-up points available for Japan Wireless customers.
JTB Counter
The JTB Counter at Terminal 1 is located in the Central Building. Look for the Tokyo Tourist Information Center and you will find it.

Everyday 6:30am ~ 1 hour after the last flight on arrival
*EXCEPT YEAR-END AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS

JAL ABC Counter
The JAL ABC Counter is located at the 1st floor at the end of the South Wing, a bit far away from the customs exit.
Business Hours:
Everyday 6:30am ~ 1 hour after the last flight on arrival

The Terminal 1 Post Office is located at the 4th floor of the central building, just next to a Starbucks.

JAL ABC Counter
The JAL ABC Counter is located at the 1st floor of the Main building
a bit far away from the customs exit.

Everyday 6:30am ~ 1 hour after the last flight on arrival

The Terminal 1 Post Office is located at the 3rd floor of the Main building, between check-in counters C, and D on the North side of Terminal 2 (departure lobby for international flights).
