Always super easy to use. We got service everywhere we went, even in Shingu, which we were a little worried about since it’s not one of the big cities.

Excellent service I use it twice in Tokyo and out of town

outstanding service. highly recommend!

was very useful and helpful to get around in Tokyo. Good service, easy handling.

Used 1 month service which has been excellent, for me and my partner. Always had 4G and sometimes 5G, travelling all over Japan, never really experienced downtime or issue. Would use again. Arigato.

During our stay in Tokyo, Japan last Sept 24 to Sept 30, 2025, I had no problem with the internet speed and internet connection. Very very reliable. :)

The service is quite good and the team is helpful when you have questions.

Regarding the wifi router, It worked well even when I was hiking deep in forest.. The charge of the router drains very quickly under these circumstances. This is to be expected. In this case, you are also furnished with a power bank.
All in all, the service was good enough for my needs.

Worked very well through out Japan.

Very nice the service

Great service throughout Japan.
