eSIM worked as per description
Installed easily using QR code
Small issue initially, as had to manually turn on eSIM roaming capabilities, where every other setting was done automatically
eSIM worked seamlessly throughout our trip
The eSIM disabled automatically when leaving Japan, which was a good facility
The only downside of the product was the price, which was quite a bit mor3 expensive than other brands of Japanese suppliers

The eSIM worked really well for the two weeks I was in Japan.

Very happy with devices. Compact & light to carry. Always had enough battery when we were out all day. Easy to plug in & be ready for the next day. Easy pick up at our hotel and easy to return in post box. Great communications confirming receipt of devices. Will definitely use this service again!! Thank YOU Japan Wireless!!

I rented the Premium Wifi for 21 day stay .. I traveled from Haneda down to Kyushu and back up to Haneda with stays in a total of 7 cities . Also day trips to other cities. Never had issues with the connections

My son used this and he didn't complain about it. It was what he used on both trips in Japan. We picked it up at the airport and we had the hotel staff put it in the mail for us.

Completamente recomendado, es muy fácil de reservar, se retira en el aeropuerto sin ningún problema e inmediatamente puede utilizar el Internet. Durante toda la estadía funciono sin dificultades a una excelente velocidad. Al final, se puede devolver en el aeropuerto. Muchas facilidades, muy buen precio, excelente servicio y muy buena la velocidad de Internet

The Wi-Fi service was fantastic; I think I only lost my connection in Shinkansen tunnels. The pickup and return process was convenient, and the price was very fair. My only complaint was that the power bank seemed to only hold about 15% of the expected charge. Fortunately, there were lots of places where I could plug in to recharge during the day.

Heaven was the ability to call home to check on my disabled husband all while enjoying the trip of a lifetime.

I was happy with my WiFi during my trip.
