Thank you for your excellent service and excellent product. Our pocket WiFi was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. The instructions and use of the pocket WiFi went smoothly and this helped to make our trip enjoyable from start to finish. We just dropped off the envelope with our rental equipment in the postal paid envelope in a postal box at the train station. The process was easy and stress free. Thank you, we look forward to renting from you again in the future.

I’ve used this service few times now.
One of the nice thing about this company is that I can order it in US then when I arrive wherever I’m staying, it’ll be there waiting for me.
I did not have any problem using it in Japan.
But there are times that I have to reset quite often.
Battery life is slightly shorter than I expected.
I suppose that’s why it comes with the extra battery.
Very last time I rented it had the battery issue, but they replaced it overnight. Very happy about that.
Easy return on equipment so that makes a nice for foreigners.
Prepaid envelope and just drop it off at the any post office or just in the postal box which pretty well everywhere in Japan.
Overall, I give it about 80%.
-20% part will be battery life little short equipment is getting kinda old and only 4G.
Last two times I’ve rented it for six months.

Loved our WiFi connectivity anywhere we went ——totally recommend.

Great service, easy to pick up at the airport and start using.

Easy to collect from the airport and drop off again I. The mailbox at Osaka airport (I recieved an email confirming receipt after drop off with less than 24 hours) signs strength was good both in cities and rural. Battery lasted all day. Highly recommeded

Very useful, works perfectly.

Easy and friendly pick up at the airport. Good connection and fast internet. Good value for money.

Highly recommended.

Japan-Wireless 5G eSIMs are so convenient, well priced, and easy to configure on an iPhone. Absolutely recommended.

It was easy to pick up the MiFi at the airport and just as easy to return it. Customer service is responsive. Connection speeds were a bit slow and connections sometimes dropped which was a problem.
