產品：Premium WifiI've been using Japan Wireless WiFi device for all of my trips to Japan. Finally decided to try out their Esim service so I wouldn't have to carry around another electronic device. Service was excellent and coverage was fantastic. Definitely will be using their Esim service on all future trips to Japan.

Thank you so much for your long-standing support and for sharing your experience making the switch to our eSIM! We are incredibly glad that trying it out allowed you to travel lighter without compromising on the network quality and coverage you've come to expect from us. Leaving the extra pocket Wi-Fi device behind definitely adds a layer of convenience to exploring. It means a lot to our team that we’ve earned your trust for all your future visits to Japan, and we look forward to keeping you connected on your next trip!
Every time I visit Japan, I rend the pocked wifi.
Delivery at hotel or airport counter always ontime.
Easy return when trip is over.
Good quality material
WiFi was great—no issues!!!!
Thank you, Japan Wireless!!!!!!
I rented the WiFi device and it works perfectly all around the areas we went to in Japan. The device was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel and the self addressed stamped envelope is so convenient to return. We just dropped it at the Haneda airport mailbox. Make sure you drop it off before security. I highly recommend the WiFi, especially if you have multiple people that will be sharing connectivity. The extra battery is so convenient. Having this WiFi made for a stress free vacation. We were able to look up everything we needed on the internet at anytime.
產品：Premium WifiHad a bit of trouble connecting and to be honest thr phone help line wasn't much help, but once we did it worked well. Will certainly use again on our next trip - much more convenient than wifi.

Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you ran into initial connection issues and that our phone support did not provide the clear guidance you needed at that moment. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we are already addressing this with our customer service team to improve our troubleshooting assistance.
On the bright side, we are so glad that once the eSIM was successfully set up, it performed well and gave you a much more convenient experience than a traditional Wi-Fi router. We truly appreciate your patience, as well as your decision to choose us again for your next trip. We look forward to making your next connection completely seamless right from the start!☺️
