Highly recommended.

Japan-Wireless 5G eSIMs are so convenient, well priced, and easy to configure on an iPhone. Absolutely recommended.

It was easy to pick up the MiFi at the airport and just as easy to return it. Customer service is responsive. Connection speeds were a bit slow and connections sometimes dropped which was a problem.

Could have been easier to find them at the airport but everything else was straight forward and worked as desired.

All in all, had a great experience with this pocket wifi. Easy to use and very good service anywhere I go in Japan! The battery lasts the whole day and didn’t have to charge until I got back to the hotel. Returning it at the end of the trip was very easy! One thing I’d like to see improvement is the pickup location at the airport. It took me quite awhile looking for the stall. I wish the location and directions to get there was a bit more detailed and exact. But highly recommended! (Especially if you have a smartphone that is sim-locked, which my is)

The pickup counter was easy to find. Everything worked well and connection was great. I was glad it came with a portable charger because after 8ish hrs the pocket wifi would be low battery. Returning was super easy as well! Would use the service again!

Very reliable internet service. The Pocket wifi can accommodate 10 devices. Definitely recommended. Since first use, never tried other Pocket wifi

Excellent service. I had a problem with the device, which broke, and it was replaced within a few hours, very quickly. Accessible, easy to pick up (I had ordered it from Italy), and easy to return. Top marks.
