Very stable and fast both in city centre and other areas

We spent one week of holiday with the family. The portable wi-fi has worked perfectly all the time. Collection and return have been easy and fast.

We did not experience any problems and it never let us down.

This is the second time we have used Japan Wireless for their pocket wifi! Picking it up and dropping off at Narita was simple and seamless. We were never without wifi and it would last the entire day, even when using it for long periods of time figuring out metro lines, busses and shinkansen routes. We will use Japan Wireless again when we are in Japan!

Japan Wireless is my go to data provider. Love the pocket wifi. We were in remote areas and still had coverage. Highly recommend

This was our second time using the pocket wifi service. It was delivered to our hotel on time, worked well every day, and was easy to return by mail.

the pocket wifi device was delivered to hotel on time as advertised. product worked just fine. thr return process could not be more simple and easy.
i will use this service again on my next trip to Japan

The Pocket Wi-Fi was delivered to the hotel as per request and received it during the check-in - everything worked perfectly!

Used it for a 2-month stay without any problem.

Definitely a great company to do business with. Pick up at Narita was smooth and easy. Drop off at Haneda was easy peasy.

Internet connection was good to go even though I was in the country side. I didn’t experience any issues at all. I will definitely use this company again when I go back to Japan!
