With the safe and secure delivery to the hotel at check-in and ease of return with prepaid shipping labels and envelope - the process could not be simpler. We used Japan Wireless for a 2 month stay and travel in Japan. I am not good with tech but the set up was simple and understandable. We had a few glitches but they responded promptly and efficiently to any contact so I was very pleased with the service. I would certainly consider using them in the future.
