Wifi service was excellent. Very easy to return wifi in envelope provided.

pick-up and drop off are as easy like last time. was able to rent even a day before our arrival; most rental shops don't allow last minute reservations.

This is the 3rd time using Japan Wireless. Never had a problem with my rental. Always consistent and reliable and will most likely continue to use the service going forward. Mahalo for once again!
