Excellent device and service

Used Japan Wireless for a month. Excellent service, quick response on battery problem. I would highly recommend this service.

Great reliable product/service and good customer service experience

Internet was consistent but at times slow. We used it in Kamogawa city and Urayasu city. Still my go to internet provider in Japan

During my last visit to Japan, I used the portable wifi from Japan Wireless and had a smooth experience so I tried the eSIM this time. I ordered it and reviewed the instructions a few days beforehand. I activated it during landing and it was ready to use before I got off the plane. The Japan Wireless eSIM made my trip so much better. I was able to use their affordable data plan on my phone to do everything that I usually do. Highly recommended service for fast data while you're in Japan!

For the two weeks we were in Japan having a WiFi connection was really worthwhile as it made travelling around helpful - being able to look up trains, buses and maps - wonderful - thank you for the service.
