This is the 2nd time we have rented from Japan Wireless and it allowed for a few of us to minimize our data usage on our eSIM or international plans. Works all over Tokyo and we even used it on the Ito peninsula and Kyoto area without any problems. Highly recommend.

So easy and such great service, I will get again on my next visit.

Very useful. Also something I need to have because I think its more reliable than an E-sim. Only downside is the shape of the device. Still very portable but the square shape compared to the one I had in the previous year was thinn and more rectangular making it more ideal for clothes with pockets

The product arrived at our hotel ahead of time, which was fantastic. Unfortunately it wasn't charged, so we lost a bit of time charging things up. The device worked as desired, and handled the load from several devices reasonably well, though battery life wasn't necessarily great, even with the provided power bank. Would use again, price point was pretty good.

I purchase 4 sims for my family and I. What can I say they work. I had service on demand. There were a few spots in Akihabara where I had no service but it was a very small area. They say it unlimited wifi so far found it to be true. A travel buddy of mine purchased one a travel sim for a stand at the airport did not last. Japan-wireless has been my go to for 10 years now when I travel to Japan.

I ordered it 3 days before arriving in Tokyo, Japan. Easy instructions, I was connected through my trip. The battery pack was handy on my day trip Osaka. I would definitely rent again
