La verdad muy recomendado, durante todo el tiempo que estuve en Japón tuve muy buena señal, y la batería le duraba bastante, además de contar con un cargador extra.
La recepción y devolución también muy cómodo y fácil.
A muy buen precio y más si se usa para compartir

Very easy to work with company to have unit delivered to my hotel, use of device (absolutely no problems and strong wifi) and returning at the airport was easy. I would definitely use again.

Very straight forward to pick it up, set it up and drop it off. It made my Japan stay easier.

The second time I've used this service, and the pocket wifi was just as great as before. A consistent 10mbps everywhere I went, so it's a pretty convenient alternative to an eSIM (as long as you have spacious pockets)!

Went on a 16 day trip to Japan and used Japan Wireless. The service and product worked great. Small issue with the powerbank but Japan Wireless sent me a new one in less than 24 hours. I would use them again on my next trip. I appreciate their service and courtesy.
