Excellent service that worked better than the wifi I have at home in Oz!

We’ve rented pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless several times and we appreciate how easy it is to have the WiFi sent to our hotel so it’s waiting for us when we check in. Don’t hesitate to rent your pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless.
The most difficult part of my experience was just finding ninja in the airport. Once that was done, everything else was simple. Receiving my equipment it’s mailing it back in the airport.
I would’ve paid $12 a day using my AT&T Service ended up paying significantly less so this way. I used the Internet all the time in Japan particularly for GPS. I’m very happy going this route it would recommend others do the same.
From start to finish everything with pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was seamless. Prepaid mail-in envelope, delivered to our hotel waiting for us upon arrival. We forgot a charger, and they were communicative and had an easy process to send it back separately.
